Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, each participant must be 18 years or older at the time of completing the course and must present proof of their medical background on their training day.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue provides paid parking, or alternatively street parking is avilable close by.

What can I bring into the event?

A detailed manual and all materials and equipment are supplied. Please bring a pen.

What's the refund policy?

A full refund will be offered up to 30 days prior to your course date.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring a printed copy of your ticket on your course day.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

You are able to transfer your enrolment for a fee up to 7 days prior to your course date.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, the person listed on the ticket must be the participant in training on the course day.
