New Year’s Resolutions Workshop! Psychodrama Therapist: Andrea Ferpo

FlourMill SpaceNewtown, NSW
Sunday, Jan 18, 2026 from 10 am to 1 pm AEDT
Overview

Psychology + Improv Drama Therapy: Healing & Transformative. Learn how to re-write your story and start 2026 with creative expansion!

What Is Psychodrama Therapy?

Psychodrama is a therapeutic technique that blends psychology + improv theatre.

It fosters a powerful space where we explore our inner world through movement, storytelling, and playful embodiment (not just through words).

As personal stories are re-enacted and transformed, you can experience your story through new perspectives.

With Andrea's guidance, you:

  • Will observe how initial stories evolve, becoming filled with new ideas and emotions
  • Are given the opportunity to look at past events in new ways
  • Can arrive with new perspectives and fresh insights.

It’s experiential, healing, imaginative, and deeply human.
