New Year Overnight Gong Journey

8-Hour Deep Rest & Sound Immersion Experience

⚠️ Limited Capacity
Our first Overnight Gong Journey on the Gold Coast sold out two weeks in advance.
To preserve a quiet, spacious, and well-held environment, this event is strictly limited to 40 participants. Early booking is recommended.

Begin 2026 from a Place of Deep Rest

This is not a one-hour sound bath.

This is an 8-hour overnight sound immersion featuring 10 gongs, held in a calm, professionally facilitated group space.

The overnight format allows extended time away from stimulation, supporting rest, sleep, and a sense of settling that shorter sessions often can’t access.

Rooted in the lineage teachings of Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux, this experience invites you to lie down, get comfortable, and allow sound to unfold naturally through the night.

No effort is required.
You may sleep, drift, or rest as needed.

Why an Overnight Sound Immersion?

Research in sleep science and sound studies suggests that prolonged, low-demand sensory environments can support:

  • Reduced mental stimulation before and during sleep
  • Easier transition into deeper rest states
  • Sustained periods of minimal cognitive effort
  • Improved subjective sleep quality

Studies on sound and music exposure have shown associations with relaxation, reduced perceived stress, and improved sleep experience, particularly when sound is continuous, predictable, and non-invasive.

An overnight format simply allows time — time for the body and mind to settle without being rushed.

Sound, Brain States & Rest (Research Context)

Neuroscience research describes different brainwave states associated with rest and sleep, including theta and delta patterns.

Extended sound environments — especially those that are steady and immersive — are often associated with:

  • Reduced mental chatter
  • Dream-like or hypnagogic rest states
  • A sense of continuity through the sleep cycle

This experience does not aim to induce or control these states — rather, it provides conditions in which they may arise naturally.

Participant Reflections

⭐ “I slept more deeply than I expected and woke up feeling calm.”

⭐ “Very grounding and peaceful. I felt well rested the next day.”

⭐ “A safe, quiet space to completely switch off.”

⭐ “I felt settled and clear after the night.”

(Participant reflections from previous overnight events. Individual experiences vary.)
