This meditation workshop offers you an experience, practices, and a fresh perspective drawn from the yoga system to help build a solid foundation for moving through the new year with steadiness, balance, and peacefulness.

You will have the opportunity to reflect on the lessons from the past year, gain a fresh spiritual perspective and consciously shape a happier, more meaningful year ahead.

  • Gain spiritual perspective on our true nature and taming the mind
  • Learn practices for inner peace and mind clearing
  • Integrate reflections, learnings, and meditation into daily life

No prior experience needed — everyone is welcome!

Please bring yoga mat (to lie down for guided relaxation), pen, notebook (for notes/journaling) and water bottle.
