Meditation- 5 minutes to soothe the mind and bring us into the present moment.

Yoga- 60 minute class for everyone from the complete novice to the afficianado.

Excercise- outside onto the St Kilda foreshore to run or walk for 15 minutes, then it's drills on the lawn to get the heart pumping suited to all levels of fitness.
