Intermedium delivered its 2021-22 budget analysis virtually on 1 July 2021 due to COVID lockdowns. The physical breakfast briefing component was postponed to 8 February 2020.

Ticket holders to the July event are entitled to attend the 8 February breakfast briefing component at no additional cost, and tickets are available to others who wish to benefit from this exciting event explain why Intermedium’s analysts think the Federal ICT market is set to continue its wild ride through 2022.

Peter Alexander

Chief Digital Officer, DTA

Peter was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the Digital Transformation Agency in January 2021 and prior to that was the Australian Government Chief Digital Officer from June 2017. In his current role, Peter is responsible for Whole of Government digital delivery including the Australian Government’s Digital Identity program, myGov and government technology initiatives including cyber security uplift. Peter is also responsible for Whole of Government strategic ICT sourcing and procurement, re-use, architecture and corporate functions at the DTA. Peter was previously the Chief Information Officer at the Treasury and a senior executive at the Department of Finance. Peter has extensive experience across

Australian Government leading and delivering policy, strategy, change programs, government collaboration, financial and corporate management and security. He holds a Master of Business Informatics (IT), a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems, a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants Australia.

Jordan Hatch

Assistant Secretary, Digital Strategy

Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment

Jordan is the Assistant Secretary, Digital Strategy, Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment. Prior to joining Agriculture in mid 2020, Jordan was most recently an advisor to the NSW Minister for Customer Service, the Hon.Victor Dominello and has witnessed first hand the rapid digital transformation of NSW government services. Jordan has also provided advisory services on user needs and building digital capability.

He was a founding member of the teams that led the digital transformation of government in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Jordan has also worked on getting young people involved with technology, as a co-founder of Code Week. In 2018, Jordan was included on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
