New Moon Circle and Sound Healing

About this Event
The New Moon signifies the beginning of a new cycle and is an energetically potent time for reflection and intention setting, particularly this time being the last New Moon of 2020. We will gather in sacred circle to deeply connect inwards...to our heart, our Truth and align ourselves with the natural world. Our circle is a safe, nourishing space to reset, refill your own cup and be seen, heard and held by other like-minded women. Positive transformation happens when we share our internal selves in an intentional way and encourage and support each other to do the same.
Our Circle is facilitated by Fern from Mayflower Wellbeing and Kim from Pure Presence. Kim will guide us through a Sound Meditation as you lie comfortably on a mat, with a cozy blanket over you and pillows under your head and knees, and listen as a variety of instruments are played around your body. As you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and vibrations, the sound frequencies allow your brain waves to slow down to a deeply restorative state, allowing your body’s natural healing system to work more efficiently. Fern will also be offering hands on Reiki during the Sound Meditation if you choose.
We will also be working with Flower Essences guided by Fern, to harness the energy of the New Moon and amplify our intentions. This custom Flower Essence blend has been created to help us to tune into our Higher Self and improve access to our intuition. You will be given a bottle of this Essence to take home and use for 2 weeks after our gathering, to continue to support you on your journey. The following is a guide to what to expect in Circle:
- Candlelight, a cup of tea and Oracle cards
- Sound Healing and Guided meditation, with hands on Reiki
- Flower Essence and Crystal gift, chosen for the energy of this New Moon
- Rituals, to help you ground in and connect with your Self and your Guides
- Sharing (as much or as little as feels right for you)
- Listening to and holding space for your Sisters to share and feel heard, valued and loved
