Being neurosmart is understanding and celebrating the different ways people think, communicate and experience the world. In the first part of the session we’ll introduce neurodiversity, the natural variation in how humans think, feel and communicate . The second part of the session is interactive- we’ll focus on discussing different strategies for inclusive, neurosmart communication.
This 45-minute session is part of the All Kinds of Minds pilot, which aims to implement alternative recruitment and support pathways for neurodiverse employees. To find out more about the pilot and neurodiversity, please join the All Kinds of Minds neurodiversity community and watch the Neurodiversity @ Work Awareness Session.
If the session is fully subscribed, please add your name to the waitlist as we will look to run another session pending numbers.
This is an initiative of the Able All Abilities Workforce Strategy for Disability Action Week 13-19 September 2020. What action will you take?
