Join us for our 2018 Excellence in Education Conference!

Following the resounding success of our Conferences in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, Network Teach is proud to host our first Conference for the 2018 year which focuses upon Excellence in Education.

The Network Teach Excellence in Education Conference showcases some of the states leading educational programs used to promote and sustain high quality classrooms and teaching within Western Australia.

Who is presenting in 2018?

Our outstanding line up of leading presenters includes:

  • Carl Sanderson (Primary Teacher of the Year 2017) - Keynote Speaker

  • THRASS (teaching handwriting, reading and spelling skills)

  • Behaviour Tonics (effective behaviour management approach used within some W.A schools)

  • Natalie Dowd (effective Integration of Technology into the classroom)

  • Kirsty Campbell Court (Explicit Teaching Best Practices) - Beginning Teacher of the Year 2015

How much are tickets? Our ticket prices are heavily discounted for an event of this calibre as we are a not for profit organisation.

Just $40 for Network Teach Members & $100 for Non Members! Making our event the best value in Australia with presentations of this calibre normally selling for around $150 each.

Why are tickets to this event so cheap?

This event is not designed to make a profit. As a not for profit organisation, we simply seek to provide quality access to education based Professional learning opportunities.

We have also heavily subsidised this event in thanks to our sponsors who contribute to the overall event costs.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We strongly recommend catching public transport to this event with a nearby train station (Murdoch station) and bus interchange which is a short distance from the university site. Alternatively, car pooling is a highly recommended option.


Buses: 206, 207, 850, 851, 98 and 99 service the rear of the university using the Discovery Way access road, departing from Murdoch Train Station. The bus stops on this route are closest to the event location.

Buses: 503, 504 and 513 stop and service the front of the university accessed via South Street and also depart from Murdoch Train Station.


Parking is available on all sides of the university campus with main parking accessed via South Street. If you have opted to drive, you can collect a Parking scratchie on arrival to the campus from the Chancellory drive roundabout (where Network Teach Staff will be waiting to provide you with a scratchie to display in your vehicle for the day between 8.30am and 9am). This option MUST be selcted during your purchase of your event ticket.

What should I bring to the event?

We strongly recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and bring your wallet/purse. ATM's and access to Wifi is also available to use on site.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Absolutely, simply contact us with the new name and email address of the attendee via our Facebook page or via email at: admin@networkteach.com.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A printed ticket is NOT REQUIRED for this event as we will simply check you in upon arrival.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the heavily discounted cost of this event, refunds are not provided for this event. We do however offer you the opportunity to on-sell your ticket. We simply need the details of the new ticket holder (full name and email address).
