This Nervous System Reset is a guided breathwork experience that helps your body shift out of survival mode, soften the tension you’ve been holding onto, and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
It’s not about pushing, forcing, or reliving anything — it’s about creating safety in the body so you can actually exhale and reconnect with yourself.
This is not a trauma-release session, but a full contraindications form will need to be completed before attending so the session can be tailored safely.
Please bring:
- A blanket (optional, but comforting if you run cold)
- Eye mask
- A pillow for support
Gym mats will be provided.
You can expect a space that feels warm, supportive, and judgment-free — a space where you can stop holding everything together for a moment and simply breathe.
We’ll finish with grounding practices so you walk out calm, clear, and able to navigate life with more ease.
