NDIS CreatingLinks Disability Social Club

Each week our friends come together for some social fun and times. During the program who is supported by proffessional support teachers, we discover more about ourselves, what we do and what we are great at.

Our morning starts with a cuppa and a chat at the local cafe, prior to utalising some of our local hangouts such as the library in which we can borrow books, do some activities or research what the team would like to do.

The program is social and active, with a blend of activities that keep the mind and body in check. We also experience some great excursions including using local transport to visit museums and galleries, or local events.

There is never two days the same in this program, which makes it ideal for someone who doesnt want to sit in a day support program each week, but instead explore our area's, be social, find connections and build friendships like no other program.

At Creating Links Disability we believe in choice and control and this program gives you the max for both. We are also supported by qualified staff, therapists and people who know how to get the best out of every day.

This program is available for all NDIS participants with core funding. All our program fees include all resources and if required transport to and from the class. Creating Links Disability have been providing unique opportunities for more than 50 years. Our love of disabilities and people bring together new and better services by providing intimate ,small class and personal programs.

This program is suitable for all abilities and anyone with a disability can join over the age of 16+. Transport can be provided in some instances or our team can organise these with NDIS transport providers where possible.

Bookings are limited and registration is essential

Program requirement is for 13 weeks as a program of schedule.
