Overview

Fortnightly NDIS meal prep group focused on life skills. Cook together, learn meal planning, and take home 5 ready-made meals.

NDIS Meal Prep Group – Life Skills & Independent Living

Our fortnightly Meal Prep Group supports NDIS participants to build confidence and independence in the kitchen. Each session follows a weekly theme where participants plan, prepare, and cook meals together in a supportive group environment.

Participants will develop practical life skills such as meal planning, budgeting awareness, food safety, and cooking techniques, while also enjoying social connection. Everyone will take home at least 5 prepared meals to support their week ahead.

📅 When: Mondays, 2:00pm – 4:00pm
📍 Where: Our office
💰 Cost: $20 out-of-pocket per week. Please note that Eventbrite applies an additional service fee when booking online. Remaining costs are funded through NDIS (Core or Capacity Building, depending on individual plans).

This activity is ideal for participants working towards increased independence and daily living skills in a safe, inclusive group setting.
