Description

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and the NSW Integrated Service Response (ISR) team are jointly conducting a number of interactive workshops for Support Coordinators.

The focus will be on an integrated planning and case coordination approach to accessing and implementing supports and connecting with the broader mainstream systems. The workshop will draw on composite case examples covering interactions with Health, Justice and Family Support systems.
