A relaxed monthly walk + coffee catch-up in Childers. Meet at Millennium Park and stroll to Kapé Centro. All abilities welcome.

Move + Mingle – Feel Good Fridays (Childers) is a relaxed, inclusive monthly catch-up designed to bring the local community together through light movement, connection, and conversation.

We’ll meet at Millennium Park Childers and enjoy an easy, accessible walk through town, finishing at Kapé Centro Childers where attendees can grab a coffee, sit, chat, and connect.

There’s no pressure to walk the full route — you’re welcome to join for any part that feels right for you. Whether you’re here for the walk, the mingle, or just a coffee at the end, you’re welcome.
