Nawa Musubi - An Evening with Laced - Body Work and Active Modelling

unit 6/66 Kent StCannington, WA
Saturday, Feb 21 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm AWST
Overview

Laced is well known Performer, Aerial Instructor and Shibari Rigger, come listen & join in as she shows how to adapt, feel and move in rope.

Nawa Musubi

Laced presents - Body Work and Active Modelling.

Laced is well known as a Performer, Aerial Instructor and also Shibari Rigger, and there is a lot of cross overs with these different styles.

This workshop will be an open discussion that will also include body work, exercises and demonstrations so you can understand how to adapt, feel and move.

This workshop is from Laced's sort after Brisbane rope modelling workshop.

She will introduce you to some hints and tricks to understand more about what it's like to be in rope and about active modelling. This is what Laced is most passionate about as a rope model.

She will explain why and how to engage in certain shapes and suspensions.

There will be warm ups and strength exercises to build confidence and sustainability in a TK and hopefully reduce the risk of injury. We will briefly touch on nerves and rope placements, and sensations to be aware of but this won't be the main focus.

Please come along with questions ready or ideas on ties that you might be wondering how to trouble shoot. This will be an open safe space for discussion and growth and the more we share in these environments the more we all learn.

These classes are built around the needs of those attending and will vary in content.

This class is for models however riggers will benefit from attending with their model.

But riggers please remember it is tailored for Models.

If you have them please also bring along a foam roller, balls and bands for conditioning/stretching bodywork, we do have some but often people prefer to use their own.

Please reach out to us at ShibariPerth@gmail.com or here for any questions on the workshops and also to book and arrange payments.

All our bookings can be done directly as well this way we can all save on booking fees.
