Workshop Objective
To equip international students (from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan) studying in Australia with a practical understanding of the Australian business and workplace environment. The workshop will explore key themes such as workplace culture, compliance, communication, and business etiquette, helping students build confidence and adaptability for future careers in Australia, China, or globally.

- Inside the Australian Workplace: Workplace structure, roles, expectations, and employee rights.
- Compliance and Fair Work Practices: Key regulations, enforcement bodies, and ethical standards.
- Culture and Communication in the Workplace: Navigating cultural nuances, communication styles, and workplace etiquette.
- Cross Culture Business Success & Insights: Hear directly from Australian business leaders as they share insights into their experiences working with Chinese counterparts.
