Come join us at the Hornsby Library, Room 8 for an informative session with Aged Care expert Natalie Hollings, funded by our Right at Home community program.

Learn more about the Support at Home program and what this means for you. Whether you're planning for yourself or a loved one, this event will provide valuable insights to help you make informed decisions.

Our event allows you some time to chat with our Aged Care expert about your Care options and other Seniors in your area. We offer a safe, and comfortable environment for you to ask questions, however, there will be some time at the end to speak with Natalie and depending on your needs, a free one-on-one consultation can be booked in. Natalie will cover the following topics:

  • Intro and Overview the Support at Home program
  • Eligibility & Assessment Process
  • The new Levels, Care Services & Your Eligibility
  • Funding Options & Types
  • Choosing a Care Provider (Key factors & important questions to ask)
  • Fees & Contributions (Costs, your contributions, etc)
  • The Benefits of the program
  • Client Rights & Advocacy
