Many people are unaware of the support, guidance, and services available to help with health-related decision-making at the end of life. As part of SA Law Week, this session focuses on understanding options, roles, and supports connected to advance care directives, substitute decision-making, and end-of-life care .

Hear short presentations from the

  • State Voluntary Assisted Dying Navigator,
  • Palliative Care Bereavement Navigator service,
  • Office of the Public Advocate

, including practical tools such as the Substitute Decision Makers Toolkit and access to mediation services. The session will include an interactive real-life scenario showing how these services can work together, followed by afternoon tea to ask questions, connect with speakers, and continue important conversations
