Navigating Grants and Incentives: Unlocking Manufacturing Growth
Grants and incentives give manufacturers the boost to invest in new technologies, improve efficiency, upskill teams, & explore new markets.
Sunshine Coast Council, together with the Sunshine Coast Manufacturing Hub, invites local manufacturing businesses to a practical workshop focused on navigating grants and incentives in today’s changing landscape.
Grants and incentives can open doors for manufacturers looking to invest in new technologies, improve efficiency, build workforce capability, or explore new markets, without putting extra pressure on cash flow.
With the new Transforming Queensland Manufacturing Grants Program on the way, this session will share useful tips and insights to help you understand what’s coming and how to get ready.
Learn from the EY Grants Team
EY’s grants team have secured hundreds of millions in funding across more than 50 programs, including Manufacturing Hub Grants, the Made in Queensland Program and the Modern Manufacturing Initiative. EY is one of only a handful of firms with a dedicated grants practice and the team has developed a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector and its relevant funding opportunities. The EY grants team is part of the EY Global Innovation and Location Services network, which has collectively secured over US$25 billion in incentives for clients and services over 50 of the Fortune 100 companies.
What you’ll learn:
- How upcoming programs connect with productivity and innovation goals
- Ways to improve your chances of accessing funding
- A clear overview of the R&D Tax Incentive, plus examples of activities common in manufacturing
This workshop is a great opportunity to stay informed and explore options that can support growth and innovation across the Sunshine Coast’s manufacturing sector.
Date: 17th February, 2026
Time: 11am to 1.30pm
Location: Facilitated at the Caloundra RSL.
