Fun-filled outdoor craft club for ages 5-11. Nature-inspired making in a relaxed craft circle. Thursdays 3:30–4:30 at Neil McDougall Park.
Nature Makers Club is perfect for children who love to create, explore, craft outdoors, and go on little adventures. Children gather in a creative circle under the trees to explore, make, and connect.
My name is Cristina, and I run creative workshops through Solstice Fibre here in Perth. I’m passionate about slow, mindful crafting and creating spaces where children can connect with nature, creativity, and each other.
Each week, children will explore hands-on, nature-inspired crafts such as weaving, felting, and making with foraged natural materials, alongside recycled and repurposed materials. There is a strong focus on sustainability and the environment, encouraging children to consciously craft, care for the earth, and see creative possibilities in the natural world around them.
Nature Makers Club is ideal for ages 5–11, all ages and siblings are welcome.
Every session has a theme to gently guide the making, while still allowing plenty of freedom to explore, experiment, and create in their own way. There is no pressure, just creativity, curiosity, and fun in a calm and supportive outdoor space.
Weekly themes include
