Led by a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, you’ll be gently guided along quiet trails and secluded coastal paths. Along the way, you’ll engage in simple sensory, creative, and movement-based nature connection practices, designed to deepen your experience of the natural world.

This is not a hike, but a moderate walk with some stairs and inclines - perfect for those looking to increase their step count without strenuous activity.

Getting there: Trains on the T4 Eastern Suburbs and Illawarra Line to Cronulla, and a short walk to catch the 9.30 am Ferry from Cronulla, arrives 9.55am at Bundeena. Return ferry to Cronulla, leaves on the hour from Bundeena

Start Time: Walk starts at 10.00am

Finish Time: Walk finishes at 2pm
