About this event

Let's explore the importance of healthy catchments and how we can tell if they are healthy by getting a closer look at waterbugs under the microscope! You will get the opportunity to become a citizen scientist and learn the skills needed to help identify, sort them and then record them to help determine if a waterway is healthy.

Find out what the presence (or absence) of water bugs means and how we can all help to maintain healthy catchments and water ways.
