You must have attended a previous spotlighting event to register for this event or have experience in wildlife identificaiton.

Greater gliders are one of the Gold Coast's most charismatic animals, yet they are still relatively unknown to the wider community.

The Gold Coast is home to several populations of the endangered greater gliders, with important pockets of refugia for these animals existing not far from urban areas. Join us on a guided walk/night survey in Council conservation parks and contribute valuable data for species conservation.

IMPORTANT IMFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER

  • Strictly for ages 16 and above

  • This is an outdoor night time event in a bushland environment
  • Moderate fitness required

TICKET REGISTRATION

You must secure a ticket for all participants attending. If you can't secure a spot you require at the time of registration please do not book. Each workshop is set to a maximum capacity.
