Where is the event hosted?

Full event location details are included in your order confirmation and reminder emails once registered – check your junk email. Eventbrite only shows the suburb as a general guide. This helps prevent unregistered attendees from turning up on the day.

Will the event still proceed in rain?

Yes, the event will still go ahead in light rain or patchy showers. A final call is made no later than 1.5 hours before the event, so please make sure you check your emails beforehand to confirm.

Can I make group bookings?

Our events are specialised activities with limited capacity, often offering only 4 to 5 spots per session. For this reason, we DO NOT ACCEPT large group bookings, as they carry a higher risk of cancellation, can result in increased costs for the City, and may limit access for the broader community.

The session is booked out, can I still join?

Our sessions are popular with capped numbers for safety and space reasons. You need to register and secure all spots required to attend. Please do not book unless you can secure all spaces. If the event is booked out, you will be notified of an open space. A waitlist will automatically open for you.

Join us at the Gold Coast Regional Botanic Gardens for a guided walk after dark! Experience the gardens in a different light and meet the creatures of the night that call it home. We never know what we might see, but we’ll have fun trying to spot possums, gliders, bats, frogs and other creepy crawlies.

Strictly for youth to adults aged 12 years and above
Under 16's require a guardian in attendance
This is an outdoor event, not suitable for young children

This is an outdoor event involving walking through bushland and trails

TICKET REGISTRATION
You must secure a ticket for all participants attending. If you can't secure a spot you require at the time of registration please do not book. Each workshop is set to a maximum capacity.
