Event description

Description

By popular demand, the Sydney Society for Conservation Biology is hosting the 4th and final naturalist drawing workshop of the Nature Diary Series.

In this workshop, you will be working with the famous nature artist and illustrator Peter Wale to observe the beauty of Sydney's wildlife, to learn the art of nature journaling and to make friends with fellow nature lovers and artists.

On Sunday, 11 March, we will meet at the Oriental Room @10am in the Quadrangle Building at the University of Sydney. Peter will have a brief introduction to nature drawing, followed by a walk around the Victoria Park to observe and sketch the abundant wildlife in the park.

Please bring a sketch book, pencils, erasers, a small camera, a hat, snacks and water.

In order to appreciate the time and effort that Peter has provided us with, we do, however, charge a fee of $30 for adults and $20 for students.
