Yaama friends,With so much interest in growing, baking and selling native grains, we believe it is time to bring interested parties together to hear about the practicalities of making this happen.Please join us for a series of webinars on the food, field and business/governance aspects of this emerging culturally-significant industry.The focus is on ‘making it happen’ rather than ‘why should this happen’, so these webinars will be most relevant to people who want to participate in the supply chain, or provide research or advice to those people/businesses.We will hear from renowned chef Aunty Beryl from NCIE, manager of Bruce Pascoe’s company Black Duck Foods Chris Andrews, and more.
