Find out more about the volunteers of today and how to use social media to inform and
interact. This session is part of the City of Melville, Swan and the Town of Bassendean’s
celebration of National Volunteer Week.
Rob Jackson is one of the leading authorities on volunteering in the world. His standing
is based on an impressive mix of the practical and strategic with a career spanning
20 years, including Director of Development and Innovation at Volunteering England.
He currently provides volunteerism consultancy and training services and is on the
editorial team of the international online journal e-Volunteerism.
