How do I register more than five people?

If you would like to make a booking for more than five people, you are required to please email us bushcare@redland.qld.gov.au with your request. Please note that this email address is not attended to outside of business hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.

Question 2

How do I cancel my tickets?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your registration by logging into your Eventbrite account and manage your booking. However, you must have an account prior to making the booking you wish to manage. We recommend that you sign up for a free Eventbrite account to manage any future bookings.

Question 3

How do I cancel without an EventBrite account?

Accepted Answer

If you do not have an Eventbrite account, you can simply email bushcare@redland.qld.gov.au during business hours of Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

Question 4

How much notice do I need to give if I can't come?

Accepted Answer

Please allow at least 24-48 hours’ notice to allow others the opportunity to attend, or to provide us the opportunity to reschedule event due to low registration numbers etc. We know things can change but if you’re aware you can’t attend, we would appreciate as much notice as possible.

Question 5

I haven’t received a confirmation email after registering, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

A confirmation email is automatically sent to you within 5 minutes of your booking. If it’s not in your inbox, please refer to your junk or spam folder. If it is not there, you can contact us at buscare@redland.qld.gov.au to check if you have registered with the correct email address.

Question 6

Do I need to print my tickets that were attached to my confirmation email?

Accepted Answer

No need! The PDF attached to your confirmation email is a summary of all the important information that you need to know about your event. You do not need to print this document or the confirmation email. When you arrive at the event, a staff member will greet you and register you on the day.
