About this event

Join us for two x two hour workshops to help create an art installation.

You will paint a pre-cut MDF bird A3 size using either dot painting or conventional art styles. This will then hang from the Holden Hill Community Centre foyer ceiling to create an art installation.

This art installation is based on Dreamtime story 'How the birds got their colours' by Mary Albert.

  • All resources provided. Bring your own brushes if you have favourites.
  • We will have images to refer to if required.
  • Suitable for age 14 years and over.

If your bird is incomplete, you many need to attend at the same time on Thursday 13 June. We will have all resources ready.

Organised by

Local Government Authority in north-eastern Adelaide.
