NAMBOUR Carer Hub: JUNK JOURNALLING
Junk Journalling is a fun way to be creative, explore your own hidden talents and create something that is unique to you.
Junk Journalling is a fun way to be creative, explore your own hidden talents and create something that is unique to you.
It’s about turning everyday scraps old tickets, magazines, fabric pieces, wrapping paper, handwritten notes into beautiful, meaningful pages. There are no rules, no pressure, and no “right way” to do it. Just you, your imagination, and the joy of making something personal.
Whether you’re looking to relax, reduce stress, or reconnect with your creativity, junk journalling offers a mindful escape from busy everyday life.
All Carers are welcome!
And if you’d like to bring a friend, you’re most welcome to do that too.
RSVP and additional info:
Register on Eventbrite or email your Hub Navigator: NambourCGHub@wellways.org
If you're not yet registered with Carer Gateway we can help you access support.
Please note: These sessions are especially for people who provide unpaid care to family members or friends, as recognised under the National Carer Recognition Act. This means the sessions are not suitable for paid carers, support workers or service providers, unless you also provide care for someone personally outside of your professional role.
