About this Event

Victoria's transport infrastructure projects touch many parts of Country where members and Elders of local Indigenous communities have been custodians for many centuries. NAIDOC Week is a key time to celebrate and recognise this history and the current contributions of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.

Join others in your industry to celebrate this history and the contemporary achievements Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders make to our world, and to our projects.

Come and be part of a session that includes

* Q&A with inspiring and influential leaders from industry, community and peak bodies.

* information on programs you can join to support Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people in your current workforce and diversify your future workforce.

Training For The Future's 'Transforming Transport' Inclusion Capability Series

Delivered as part of Victoria's Training For The Future (TFTF) program, Transforming Transport is an industry wide series of sessions aimed at building the industry's inclusion capability. TFTF is delivered by the Level Crossing Removal Project in partnership with the Rail Academy Newport, Rail Projects Victoria, Metro Trains Melbourne, Yarra Trams, V/Line, VicTrack and Public Transport Victoria.
