The Japanese glaive ( naginata ) is famous as a symbol of the samurai women of Japan. Come and learn about this beautiful and graceful art.

This session is low impact and will involve practice with a light weight wooden glaive both in solo and paired practice.


Please wear loose and comfortable clothing, no jewellery and clean socks.
