About this event

This short workshop aims to realign small business owners with their business aspirations, and develop a practical business strategy to take them there.

The most successful small businesses (in terms of achieving their aspirations) are able to maintain a healthy balance of working both IN the business and ON it. However, as the owner and operator of a small business it is very easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and neglect the bigger picture.

This workshop is your first step to regaining that critical balance in your business.

By attending this workshop, small business owners and managers can expect to:

  • Understand the importance of having a business strategy and how it can create value for their business,
  • Be provided with a strategy framework to use to analyse their business and develop a strategy that can be tailored to their business,
  • Understand the process of creating a business action plan, and
  • Be provided with a template that will help them now and into the future.

Arrive at 8:30 to join your local small business colleagues for a light breakfast

This workshop is jointly funded by the Australian and Victorian Governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements for the Victorian Floods.
