My Super Hour(ish) (May #2)

Join Charlie Goldsmith in a Live session that combines both of his most popular classes - "My Hour(ish)" and "The Super Group"

This Live session provides a unique chance to learn from Charlie, as he shares his techniques to promote healing and self-healing. You will focus on Energy Movement throughout your body, and experience the power of uninterrupted Group Healing.

Participation in previous classes is not required.

Whether you attend the live session or watch the recording later, you will be guided through a technique Charlie refers to as 'The Zone,' an Energy Movement practice, and uninterrupted Group Healing.

The ticket price for this class is a donation and based on what you can afford in $USD, so everyone can attend - you simply enter the amount that is affordable when purchasing your ticket.

Each of Charlie's sessions are unique, so you do not need to have attended any previous classes. Don't miss this opportunity to take an intentional and vital hour for yourself.

The Super Hour(ish) Includes:

• The Zone Meditation (the state of mind Charlie Heals in)
• Energy Movement (practice the way Charlie moves energy when he works on people)
• Uninterrupted Group Healing (at least 20 minutes)

If you are unable to join live, the recording is available to ticket holders for four weeks afterwards.

Things to note:

• This is an online event, and a level of computer literacy is required.
• The screening will use Zoom within a platform called "Eventbrite" There is a ticket capacity set by Zoom for these sessions.
• If you haven't done one of Charlie's events before via Zoom, we recommend that you purchase your ticket at least 48 hours prior to the event starting to receive important update emails.

Recording:

• The recording will be available to view after the Session has finished in this platform until 22nd June 2024.
• If you have subscribed to Charlie's Energy Teaching Course, it will be added to the course six weeks after the live event.
