Eastwood Community Centre is excited to welcome you to the My Money Matters 2024 Conference to be held on Tuesday 14 May, 2024 at the Arkaba Hotel, Glen Osmond Road, Fullarton, Adelaide.

We believe that empowering women in financial literacy transcends mere money management; it's about unlocking the potential for every woman to shape her own future. Enhancing their financial skills and knowledge can lead to greater abundance in every aspect of their lives. This empowerment enables women to independently and confidently navigate their financial journeys. This vision is at the heart of our conference, 'My Money Matters: Building Financial Literacy for Every Woman,' a key initiative of the 'Financial Literacy for Women' program led by the Eastwood Community Centre.

The Conference Program features keynote presentations, workshops and panel. We have attracted a great line-up of experienced and inspiring speakers including:-

Our MC will be Kate Burr a humour and leadership coach who specialises in the art of engagement.

  • Sarah Hooper, Track Legal;
  • Karen Eley, Women Talking Finance;
  • Sarah Reimann, Sarah Reimann;
  • Mary Palaric, Abundeco;
  • Cassie Day, The Carers Place; and
  • other speakers to be announced.

Each speaker will share their knowledge, skills and stories of financial success, misadventure and resilience across a range of topics including: building an abundance mindset; budgeting, legal protection; superannuation; salary sacrificing; loans; insurance; credit schemes; stock market trading; cyber security issues; financial counselling services; and starting home-based businesses.

Over 120 delegates are expected to attend this exciting 'legacy event'.

Women of all ages are welcome to attend the event. We hope you will join us!
