Music, Movement and Mindfulness with Sally (for ages 0-5 years)

Join Wellbeing Practitioner Sally (Instagram) in this fun and interactive workshop for 0–5-year-olds and their parents/carers to sing, stretch, and engage the senses through music, movement, and mindfulness.
You'll get the chance to sing along to new and old songs, and play with props and instruments such as shakers, rhythm sticks, scarves, bean bags, parachutes, bubbles and more.
Dates and time: 16th February, 16th March, 20th April, 18th May, 15th June, 20th July, 17th August, 21st September, 19th October, 16th November and 21st December. From 10am to 11.30am.
You must book into each session you wish to attend. Bookings open approx. one month prior each session.
