Music making with Memo (Homeschool Group)
A mix of songwriting, composition & recording for homeschoolers aged 8 - 14, using Logic Pro on Mac computers.
What does it take to create and original song from start to finish? Join us on a journey to create and master your own song, starting with whatever ideas you can bring to the workshop.
This will be a small group of up to 6 students and Memo will cover a mix of songwriting, composition, recording & audio engineering with Logic Pro (Apple) encouraging creativity with music.
About the facilitator:
Emiliano Manuel "Memo" Beltzer is an Argentinian-born musician based in Australia, recognized for his work as a guitar and bass player. He is active in the local music scene around Bellingen and Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, performing in various groups. Memo also teaches at the Conservatorium of Music Coffs Harbour.
When:
Mondays 10am-12pm ending Monday March 23 ( 6 sessions )
Who:
For homeschool students aged 8 and up.
