Come along and join Heart Note for this very special set of 3 sessions in May, hosted by Cannington Library, where you will learn some ways to weave the music you love into your everyday life and experience greater wellbeing!
Let us give you the gift of a space created just for you, and some time just for you, where we will combine mindfulness exercises like breathwork and visualisation with beloved songs, and experience together how powerful both of these combined can be. We’ll breathe more deeply, connect mind to body, sing some favourite songs, and have a bunch of laughs together as we experiment.
