Welcome to our 15th running of the "Mums 'n Bubs Facilitated program" !*we love it*By hot demand... Jo and I can now welcome in, a new group!!! Would you like a precious spot? We would love to have you.Welcome to our Five Week, Facilitated Program for Mums and Bubs (ideally bubs are non-mobile or slow-mobile, this is best for Mums to best enjoy relaxing and gaining information from our workshops component)What happens:Each session you will arrive at the Newcastle Birth Movement space (at our new space at Warners Bay), from 11:45am.At 12 noon the facilitated workshop segment happens (1 hour duration) and this is followed by free-time with the other mums and bubs (easy going, relaxed, mums group)Workshops follow a theme/topic each week.Session one (March 14th): Jo and I do week one - "self care". This includes YOU being cared for by two Grand Doulas! We bring foot soaks and provide mini foot, neck or shoulder massages! (plus, we call in an extra guest doula care to help us out)Session two (March 21st): Grand Doula Jo delights the circle of mums and bubs with a delightful Infant Massage Instruction!Session three (March 28th): Speaker one: 30 years experienced peadeatric chiropractor, Dorte Bladt, delights us with her enthusiasms and wisdoms! Dorte is an author of the book "Swtiched on Kids" and an international trainer of other Peadatric Chiros. We are SUPER lucky to hvae her living local and SUPER lucky she is so passionate about mums and bubs to jpin our program as a guest speaker.Speaker two: Session four (April 4th ): We have the super lovely Lizzie Stow as a womens health naturopath as our guest speaker - her knowledge is a pleasure to be around!Session four (April 4th ): Session five (April 11th): Experienced motivational speaker and counsellor, Natalie gives her special, interactive and interesting, counselling talk "Emotional Boundaries for Relationships".Session five (April 11th): Session six (March 28th): Experienced doula and Birth Counsellor, Natalie lovingly and gently facilitates a connecting, Birth Story Circle. All stories are very important, your story will be heard and accepted, in any form it takes, with love and warmth. This is a very bonding experience for the mothers especially.Cost:We only ever run programs that cover small, small payment to our facilitators AND a tiny bit of rent. OUR main goal is to keep programs and events affordable and accessible! Hence.. this entire program is a donation of only $70 (and of course, if you have means to pay more, you can find other ways of donating and supporting our work at another time)🙂 About your main Facilitators:Grand-Doula Jo:Joanne is a birth doula, mobile pregnancy massage therapist and a Steiner early childhood parent educator!!!Grand-Doula Nat:Natalie is a birth doula/educator, counsellor and hypnotherapist! 🙂To enrol a spot: Direct deposit $70 to the NBM account.(or BOOK at Eventbrite and pay a little booking fee on top) If you wish to direct deposit, make sure you text Natalie to let her know to add you to guest list! Stay as long as you like while you relax, chat and care for babies needs together. Facilitators leave mums to lock up when they go home.
