Mums & Bubs Yoga is a gentle and supportive space for mothers and their babies to move, breathe, and connect.
These sessions focus on postnatal-friendly yoga, light stretching, and relaxation techniques designed to support recovery, reduce stress, and strengthen the body after birth. Babies are welcome to stay close — whether resting, playing, or joining in the fun.
Beyond movement, the group offers a calm and welcoming environment where mums can connect with one another, share experiences, and build community.
