Mums and bubs yoga short course - term 1

An eight week program of yoga and connection.

Join Generation Yogi and take some well deserved time out in this program of yoga and connection. Combining the principles of yoga and playgroup in a welcoming, judgement free space.

Reconnect with your breath, your body and your little one, as well as other mums and babies in your community. The focus is on gentle, targeted yoga sequences to strengthen the body after birth.

• Held on Wednesdays, 4 February - 25 March 2026
• Cost: $64 for 8 classses

Suitable for

• babies one year and younger
• beginners, babies and practiced yogis
• No yoga experience necessary
• You must have clearance from your doctor to resume exercise after birth.

What to bring

• water to stay hydrated
• a small blanket or pillow for your baby to ensure their comfort
• wear something comfortable that you can move freely in
• mats are provided.

This is a nursing and nappy friendly environment. Attend to your baby's needs as required.
