World kitchen unleashed: professional mastery meets seasoned home cooking.

Our multicultural team of skilled volunteer chefs - some professionally trained, all experienced home cooks - bring their own traditions to life through engaging, authentic demonstrations. Enjoy learning unique techniques from each culture, then taste the freshly prepared dishes made right before your eyes.

Fee

  • $160 for 10 sessions ($40 discount, plus two).
  • $20 for an individual session. Each booking opens two weeks prior, unless sold out.
  • No refunds.

While we do our utmost best to deliver the cooking program according to our plan, menu may change without notice under special circumstances.

  • 23 February - Eggplant parmesan
  • 23 March - No knead bread
  • 27 April - BBQ pork and stir fried veggies
  • 25 May - Greek lemon chicken soup
  • 22 June - Kuku sabzi - Persian herb frittata
  • 27 July - Steamed Murray cod
  • 24 August - Korean beef spare rib casserole
  • 28 September - Italian croquettes
  • 26 October - Turnip cake - Chinese Lo Bak Go
  • 23 November - Christmas cake.

Step into the spotlight at our 'bring-your-own' sessions on 13 July and 14 December. Bring a favourite dish, a meaningful story or a cherished tradition - and connect and build friendships over a shared meal. Participation is reserved for cooking demo paid attendees.
