Each group will head across the intersection, up the Cycle way to Crafers CAUTION! Cycle way is 2-way and some bikes descend very fast whilst others will pass you up the hill so always be careful to not block the path. Try for a PB up the cycleway to the KOM

In your group continue to Crafers via the cycleway/road/cycleway. Summit Rd to Ayres Hill Road to the roundabout at Avenue Road to stay on Avenue Road which becomes Longwood Road at Sturt Valley Road, Stirling. Continue to the Sprint marker at Heathfield High School to see Sprint#1

After watching the sprint head to Stirling to see Lap 3 and finish at Stirling going via Heathfield Rd, left into Cricklewood/Milan Terrace and right at Johnston Street

After watching the finish, head up Avenue Rd, right into Ayers Hill Rd and the reverse trip back via from Crafers via the cycleway, Glen Osmond Rd South Terrace and King William Rd and the TDU Village.

Food & drinks are available at Crafers, Aldgate (if we do that after the Sprint) and Stirling.

BEWARE!: Have a full supply of water/hydrolytes to get you up the cycleway as there are normally no water stops and it can be like a furnace!
