The MSA Wellness Challenge is a 21 day exercise that cultivates healthy and positive lifestyle behaviours!

Wellness Challenge


The MSA Wellness Challenge is a 21 day exercise that cultivates healthy and positive lifestyle behaviours, such as working out or eating right.

We want all students to enjoy their time during the semester, and what better way can we cultivate a positive lifestyle than by building healthy habits! ā°

Participants must complete 1 Daily Challenge and 1 Major Challenge. After registering, you will be contacted with information on how to take part in this challenge for Semester 1, starting Week 3.


A daily challenge could be:

  • Sleep for 8+ hours per night
  • Drink 2 Litres of water daily
  • Eating 3 different types of colourful vegetables each day
  • Eating 1 fruit each day
  • 10,000 Steps a day
  • Note down 5 things you are grateful for each day
  • 30 minutes of meditation per day
  • 30 minutes of listening to only music per day (no multitasking)
  • Make Bed each morning
  • Send encouraging or gratitude-related messages to yourself or others daily
  • Or anything else you come up with!

Major Challenge could be:

  • Switching off social media for 24 hours
  • Declutter a physical space (eg, bedroom, study space, kitchen cupboard)
  • Declutter an online space (unsubscribing to spam mail, removing/organising read mail, organising digital files, etc.)
  • Attend weekly health/wellbeing-related class (eg MSA Art Class, Yoga Class)
  • 5km Walk
  • 2km Run

For a lucky student who can show constant effort to implement their chosen self-care routine, we have a special prize for you!

Up for grabs is an šŸƒā€ā™‚ļøĀ $100 Active Gift CardĀ šŸšµā€ā™€ļø

If this interests you, all you need to do is engage in your chosen challenges and fill out our journal daily to be in the running for this great prize!
