MSA Queer Picnic ~ Sem 1 2026 <3 !

A picnic held on the lemon scented lawn right outside campus centre with food, drinks, music and vibes provided for our MSA Queer community!

Hey all you beautifual divas!

We know how difficult it can be to get involved in spaces at uni, especially for first year students, which is why MSA Queer is hosting a picnic to bring our community together!

That's why we would love if you could join us for our inagural event of the year which will be held on the Lemon Scented Lawns just outside campus centre between 2-5 pm on Friday the 13th of March.

You can expect plenty of food and soft drinks provided including, cheeses, crackers, dips, fruit, fancy bread, cupcakes, lollies and much much more.

We are going to have some queer anthems playing on a speaker to set the mood as well (naturally!).

Food and dietary requirements will be catered for but please select the disclaimar when reserving your ticket so we know what to expect :).

Everyone is more than welcome to bring their own picnic rugs and/or chairs but we will have plenty set up.

We will also have a few board/card games available to play for those that want some friendly competition!

• Open area but often very ambient noise, may be playing some music on a speaker at low volume for atmosphere
• There will be sunscreen provided and rugs included
• People are more than welcome to bring their own chairs/rugs if preferred
