Hosted by Ava, one of our amazing Welfare Warriors.
MSA Welfare Warriors is a volunteer leadership program that gives Monash students the opportunity to lead wellbeing and recreation programs. The events we run are fun, inexpensive, and accessible, with the aim of providing safe spaces where students can meet others they might never have bumped into otherwise.

FAQs
Why are you charging $9.50 per person?
Sadly we have many students who register for free activities and do not attend.
A $9.50 charge will not only help us fund ingredients but will also reduce the likelihood of no-shows.
Why are there limited spaces available?
We are only able to have 15 participants. The class is hosted by one of our amazing volunteers, and we want to ensure the class goes well by not overcrowding the kitchen and ensuring everyone can be mentored and supervised by our volunteer.
Do I need any training before the cooking class?
Before you attend the class, please complete the following at least 3 days before the cooking class. If we do not receive your food safety certificate you will not be allowed to attend the class.
1. Read the Wholefoods Induction Document - for Wholefoods Restaurant based classes only
This document will be a forever work in process, but can currently provide you with the details you need before entering the Wholefoods kitchen.
2. Food Safety Course (free) - For all Cooking Classes
Complete the food safety training here
Are tickets transferable or refundable?
No. We do not allow transfers or refunds. Please ensure you are 100% available before registering.
I missed out on getting a place, can I be notified of any other mocktail classes that might run in the future?
Anyone registered on the waiting list will be notified first about future mocktail classes.
This event is proudly brought to you by the Monash Student Association and the Leadership & Volunteering Department.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry and to remove persons who display anti-social behaviour.
