Description
The event is to raise awareness of MSA and best management practice by recognising those producers in each state who consistently deliver superior eating quality beef for the benefit of consumers and the profitability of the industry.
The event will start with ‘What Makes the Perfect MSA Index’ forum from 2.00pm – 6.00pm, providing state-based updates and education on those aspects of cattle production that impact on the MSA Index.
The forum will be followed by the awards presentations.
