Overview

Teachers can register up to 9 sustainability leaders from grades 3-6 to attend this summit developed by CERES to build leadership skills.

This incredibly popular summit, run by CERES School of Nature and Climate and hosted by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, will develop environmental literacy and sustainability leadership in students from grades 3-6 from across the peninsula.

Teachers from across the peninsula can register up to 9 student sustainability leaders to attend this engaging and thought-provoking day.

Students will come together to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead positive change in their schools, social circles and their wider community. Topics include developing communication skills, positive behavioural change. Students will work with their peers to develop an environmental project to improve the sustainability of their school with help from CERES and Mornington Peninsula Shire education staff.

Morning tea and l unch is provided for teachers.
