The Young Mining Professionals Perth (YMP Perth) are excited to follow up with the second event in our Leadership series, "Moving up in Mining: The transition into leadership", focussing on the challenges faced by up and coming leaders as they take their first steps towards leadership roles. YMP Perth will host a panel of esteemed speakers featuring Daniel Doran, Ashinka Weeratunge and a surprise guest, to discuss their personal experiences and learnings from transitioning into a managerial role for the first time.
