This workshop is about taking your intentions beyond the vision board, and turn them into aligned action that fits within your world.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of accessible, all-levels movement and guided stillness to help you settle your nervous system, clear mental noise, and create the inner conditions your mind needs to create magic.
From there, you’ll be guided through a reflective intention-setting process designed to help you move beyond vague goals or desires, and instead create intentions that feel aligned, realistic, and with clear aligned actions to support your intention coming to life.
You’ll explore:
- A clear, grounded vision for what you’re working towards
- How to identify what’s truly supporting you — and what’s quietly getting in the way
- Practical ways to embody your intentions through daily practices and habits
- Simple tools to help you stay connected to your intentions as life gets busy
You’ll leave feeling clear, steady, and motivated — with a personalised intention and a map of aligned actions you can keep returning to.
